David Wayne Golden
May 19, 1959 - December 26, 2013
Savannah- David Wayne Golden passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Hospice House.
David was a native of Savannah and retired from the Chatham County Courthouse and Chatham County Jail after many years of service. He was an avid bowler and member of Savannah Baptist Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Sidney & Dora Marie Golden and his brother, Robert McCombs.
Survivors include two brothers, James Sidney Golden Barbara, Paul Eugene Golden; five sisters, Patricia Ellington John, JoAnn Coleman Otis, Cindy Golden, Sybil Williamson Robert, and Mary Peigh Larry, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
